PRESSURE RELIEF MEETINGS & ACTION MEETINGS PROSPERITY TEAMS & MASTERMIND GROUPS
Pressure Relief Groups / Meetings (PRG's or PRM's) consist of two members with 90 days of SOLVENCY each, who have received 2 PRG's of their own, assisting a third member who is experiencing "Pressures". Together the three members bring a Higher Power or Earning Power into their presence and then brainstorm and strategize how to relieve the "Pressures". Usually, an Earning Plan, Spending Plan, Debt Repayment Plan and Savings Plan are created using the FOUR QUARTERS worksheet. An Action Plan is developed and given to the person requesting the PRG. An accountability plan is also discussed and suggested, which helps to address bookending and following through with suggested actions. PRG's can take from 30 minutes up to 2 hours per session.
Action Meetings consist of two members committed to recovery, assisting a third member who needs assistance with following through on taking actions. The three members together invite a Higher Power or Earning Power to join them and brainstorm income-generating actions. These actions may come from an Action Plan (created during a PRG) or the actions may be general tasks that need to be completed. Action Meetings are designed to give support, create accountability, and help a person follow through on actions they would normally find too overwhelming or difficult to face alone. Again, Action Meetings are designed to help a member follow an action all the way through to completion. Action Meetings can take 15 minutes up to 1 hour.
A Prosperity Team, also called a MasterMind consists of 4 members who commit to meeting once per week or more. Each member takes a turn being the center of the meeting for one week. Over the course of one month, each of the 4 members gets a turn being the focus of one meeting since there are 4 weeks in a month. The Prosperity Team members all agree to call each of the other Team members at least once a week to check in and offer support. During any given week each member will make a total of 3 support calls and receive a total of 3 support calls. Each Team member commits to supporting the other members and together as a Team, they support and increase each others prosperity. Within this Team, the members may give each other PRG's or Action Meetings or simply offer accountability, bookending, and help celebrate each others accomplishments. Joining a Prosperity Team means making a long-term commitment to the other Team Members. Prosperity Teams usually run for 6 months to one year or several years, allowing the members to become well acquainted with each other. Over time the Team Members will measure and celebrate the increase in prosperity each has achieved.
